Called at 8am when the lines opened. I was 10th in the queue, the automated system gave the option to remain on hold or keep my place in the queue and receive a call back. Once I got through the receptionist was polite and efficient. I requested to either see the the doctor or receive a call back. I was offered a call back same day. The doctor called at 14.45, quick phone call. I was offered antibiotics. The doctor also advised me which pharmacy would have them in stock and sent the prescription there. I picked them up at 17.30 that evening. I started my day in tears because I felt so poorly and the efficient, problem free service I received today really helped me to feel better.
