I was given an appointment here from my surgery in High St, Cheslyn Hay on a Saturday morning. I was checked in & seen promptly and the consultation with a lovely Doctor was extremely thorough and explained clearly the next steps for my treatment. Very happy with my experience at this practice.

I phoned this morning following a visit by a district nurse to my 83 year old mother who is recovering from surgery for liver cancer. District nurse wanted the doctor to look at the surgery wound as she thought it had become infected. 25 mins to get thought to speak to someone. Was sent a link to send a photo. Photo sent link didn't work as it would not take an incoming message. Systems and processes don't work and the practice is very difficult to contact.

Constant struggle to get a doctors visit. We are old age pensioners who cannot now drive, we don't have internet. We are just 2 old people that require care for a very poorly leg and skin. Every other health care profession is concerned I may loose my leg. I can see no reviews are ever actioned. This should tell you about the service levels, they don't want to defend themselves. I would like the practice manager to contact me. I am currently 'On Hold' on your phone system. There is no pandemic anymore. Think there is just the odd case, like flu. Think you also need to listen to the message that other people have to listen to for 45 plus mins.

Was sent here from a Great Wyrley practice on a Saturday morning which is normally closed for Gp visits ...saw a doctor from another practice who was very good and thorough ..what a lovely building it is you people of Cannock should be very thankful for what you have , wished we had a practice like it ...many thanks !

Review titled Do not answer the telephones

I called at 8am to arrange a same day appointment. The call took 45 minutes to be answered. Everybody knows at 8am, the majority of calls are booking appointments therefore take no longer then 1 minute. I was advised to call back if my symptoms worsen which they did however when i called back, i was 11 in the que and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to move down to caller 7!! I had no choice but too attend A&E and my appointment went down as a dna due to not being able to make contact. Telephone system need's reviewing or messaging facility need's enabling on Pt Access/nhs App as unfair service. I strongly believe the telephone's are only answered at their convenience.

After pleading for a Doctor visit was advised wasn’t going to visit. Ended up in hospital and admitted via A&E and the paramedics team. My condition has been on going for a long time and I know old people are a problem to you. But your neglect has resulted in a paramedic team = cost, several days in hospital = cost and resources. At least I am now being treated for a correct diagnosis. Shame on you.

Been here a few times now for covid vaccinations, partner also going here soon for his covid booster. Fast and efficient service and friendly staff. Highly recommend, never had any issues.
