I attended the practice for 2 pre-booked injections (shingles and pneumonia). The appointment was on time and the nurse was both friendly and most informative.

I have not been at the practice but I have to say what a fantastic experience I've had so far. My little boy has had his immunisations here and the staff were so kind and patient with us both. I didn't feel rushed, I was listened to and treated with kindness and understanding. I have had a smear today and was slightly dreading it (they have been very uncomfortable in the past). This time I barely felt it! The nurse was friendly and put me at ease and was so efficient and gentle I had to check she had actually done it! Very impressed and very grateful.

All staff are kind and considerate, most important, listen to what you say and try to help! The change from the last practice to Lyme valley is amazing.
