From booking my appointment to walking out the surgery I was treated politely and efficiently. An appointment was made for 08.00 because this was best for me and I arrived early hoping I would get in early. I was not disappointed. The paramedic in the surgery that dealt with me was polite and caring all the way through and I left knowing exactly what was happening and what the follow up would be. Thank you.

I was 5 minutes late for an appointment due to traffic, I spent 5 minutes waiting to be checked in, then I was turned away after I was checked in because I was late, it was 5 minutes and felt there main priority was to leave at 17:30 on time. There was no Duty of care, Respect, Empathy or Compassion when I was clearly stood there in pain and left crying because my health clearly was not important to them.
