After having routine blood tests taken as a hospital outpatient, the surgery quickly acted on the results ensuring that I had the treatment I needed on the same day. The reception team and ANP were kind and compassionate, taking the time to chat with me about any concerns and making a follow up plan. I felt safe and listened to and was very grateful for the care I received.

My husband was told he had atrial fibulation. The seriousness of this was carefully and thoroughly assessed by the practice team. The outcome of the investigations was simply explained, and all questions were clearly answered.

Arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately called through to see the medical practitioner. Blood taken for tests with no effort, very professional and friendly service. Thank you!

Everyone at Cumberland House are happy to help and they always put the patients first. You always get a really happy receptionist when you first walk in with a warm and welcoming smile.

I recently changed practices,due to being unhappy,it was the right decision. GP that I saw was efficient and compassionate. She listened to everything that I said and took me very seriously and didn’t dismiss me in any way. She kept asking if I had any questions, which is refreshing. It was nice to be treated like a human being,not just another ‘patient’.

All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You are booked An appointment quite quickly and are never turned away.

As a patient who has been with this Surgery for almost thirty years, I can only say that the help and care I have received from all the staff has been superb. Thanks to everyone from the Reception Staff to the Clinical Staff

I needed to book an emergency appointment with a Doctor at the practice and was seen within 90 minutes following my initial telephone call. This resulted in a clinical decision to send me to hospital. Follow-up appointments have been faultless, and every Doctor has given me the time to discuss my needs and progress. The team as a whole have made my experience completely hassle-free and would like to thank everyone who I have dealt with for their support and professionalism.

I moved to the area 4 months ago and was apprehensive about moving GP’s and the practice staff as well. As I have a number of health issues, it has been a brilliant experience to be treated so remarkably professional and with kindness and understanding. I really feel as though the whole team care and my fears have been dispelled. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice without any reservations.

The surgery staff go above and beyond to accommodate and look after you. The clinical staff are very helpful. You can also get on the day appointments to see a doctor
