    I joined this surgery this morning, which was made very easy by the helpful Reception staff. My records were transferred from my previous GP within a couple of hours, and I even got an appointment with a Doctor this evening. I can't praise the staff enough. Thank you.

    I made an appointment online on 09/02/2023 to see Dr today 10/02/2023. The surgery was extremely busy when I arrived, when I saw Dr he was polite, professional, thorough and informative, thank you for your time. I cannot fault the practice, the service for a F2F appointment was exemplary.

    Uncaring, frustrating, useless Receptionist. It is ridiculously difficult to get an appointment these days. The doctor was excellent when we eventually got in to see him, just a pity that the receptionist felt it necessary to create anger and frustration by trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible rather than assessing the situation professionally, realising that there was genuine need and above all showing some compassion.

    One phoneline to call no online booking no booking more than a few weeks in advance and receptionists whose only advice is try calling in the mornings after 8. The fact the practice manager hasnt responded to the comments on this site should give you a clue how good the admin is.
