I had phoned this morning and was seen by a doctor at Prees before midday. Antibiotics prescribed and dispensed straight away. Fantastic service and staff so helpful too.

The receptionist this morning was so lovely and helpful and I had a same day appointment arranged for Prees surgery today which is amazing! Can I also commend the hard working pharmacy staff.

Following a very detailed and rather complex request to a very new member of staff, a similar call to a different member of reception and a visit, a problem with a repeat prescription was addressed and resolved. Thank you both and for the second member of staff for listening to my concerns and anxieties.

I needed information regarding a prescription and medication and to request a telephone appointment with my GP. I telephoned on Thursday 26/10 late in the afternoon. The help of the receptionist during a telephone call which lasted several minutes was exceptional. She understood my request and passed an informative and detailed note to my GP. Thank you.

I contacted the Wem Surgery to obtain details from my medical records. The Receptionist was extremely helpful, understood immediately the information I required, quickly located it, aprovided me with the necessary details and gave advice accordingly. Thank you for being both polite and courteous.

Very difficult to get through on the telephone and poorly designed website, little allowance made for limited or no access to the internet. Customer service training is needed by the frontline who have no medical training. GPs have apologised for their getting in the way twice as requests to see a doctor. Wait a month or go to Shrewsbury is standard. 111 isn't fit for purpose what do you do in rural areas if you are internet impoverished with no car?

Wem and Prees doctors are fantastic. They really care for their patients and treat them with kindness/ dignity. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are lovely. Thank you for your wonderful service in difficult times . You go over and beyond for your patients
