My family and I have been patients at the Beeches for over 20 years, over this time we have had consistently high levels of service and excellent care. Having unfortunately become unwell in the week before Xmas in the middle of a respiratory outbreak in the middle of winter pressures I nearly hesitated to call the practice. But from the initial call, a clear message and then no wait to speak to a receptionist. The reception was friendly, helpful and immediately arranged for me to be seen at the surgery. On arrival, I missed using the check in machine but the receptionist on the front desk happily checked me in. The doctor who saw me was friendly, thorough and efficient, evening helping to advise how to take my electronic prescription to find antibiotics. Amazing service, a caring friendly team, easily accessible - the NHS & Primary Care at its best - Thank You

Whenever I go I feel well cared for. I have recently had to contact the surgery on 3 occasions. Each time the response has been professional, warm and very efficient. The whole team are first class. Many of my friends are envious of the quality of care that I report to them. Thank you all.

I have been dealing with The Beeches Medical Practice regularly on behalf of my elderly parents throughout the year. I have found all members of the administrative and clinical team to be incredibly professional, caring and responsive. Whether we have submitted e-consults, required a home visit/surgery consultation, or made urgent medication requests, our queries have always been dealt with in a timely manner and by the most appropriate member of the team. They continue to provide an excellent service despite an overwhelming increase in demand.
