This was a great experience, staff is friendly, approachable and caring. I put in an e-consult form and received a prompt response and advice. I then contacted the surgery again per advice received and again service received was prompt and patient-focused. I am sure the surgery must be under pressure but patients care remains at the heart of what they do. Thank you to all staff at Fownhope.

I have been very grateful to this practice over the last few years. They are very well organised, responsive and efficient. Recently I was worried about a COVID infection and received a very helpful phone call very quickly. I also find that they follow up on test results and act quickly on them. I find that they offer a fantastic, friendly and helpful service even in these times of intense pressure. Thank you.

When your ill and worried you need a doctor's surgery that receives your concerns in a friendly, efficient, informed and responsive manner. Fownhope has repeatedly scored 10 out of 10 on every count for me and my extended family which includes several very critical healthcare professionals. For those leaving negative reviews I query your level of understanding and competency to do so and would suggest that you look elsewhere to pastures that I can assure you will be far less satisfactory. Doctors and Staff at Fownhope keep doing what you are doing, you are at the top of your game.

Got an appointment really quickly with a GP, for a health concern. GP made a referral on the same day to see a specialist. Staff are always friendly and really effective in their roles - and clearly are working really hard for their patients. It is noted and appreciated. Thank you.
