We have nothing but praise for Bruton surgery. We have never struggled to get an appointment - in fact their online triaging service is fantastic and we have always had a very quick response. We even had a wonderful GP from Bruton phone us while we were on holiday in rural France when our son was very unwell. They were so helpful and reassuring - as are all of the staff we've encountered. Thank you to all the team for all your hard work.

Since changing to symphony it has got worse the whole system is complicated and broken , you have to keep phoning in to make an app for bloods when the Doctor could book you into an app themselves , took a urine sample over , they wouldn’t even test it !!! Just handed out a perscriprion the following day !!!
