Our Surgery through Covid has changed so much. There are Locums and Dr's unknown to us. Sometimes I wish it would go back to how it was. Appointments are hard to get although emergency calls and appointments are indeed given if needed. Telephone Consultations seem to have become the norm and that is sad. I never see the GP I was registered with. It would be nice if the situations that has arisen could have been explained.

Called surgery to try and get copy of vaccination certificate, as I had lost mine. Answered phone very quickly, very polite and helpful, didnt think they could help to start with, but chatted to someone else and called back with solution and emailed over what we needed. Couldn't ask more!
