I telephoned Campden Surgery as matter of urgency on 7th August 2023. I was telephoned back by a Dr. within less than two hours and given an appointment to see another Dr. face to face later that morning. That Dr. then referred me to Gloucester Royal Hospital which I attended later that day and was admitted as an inpatient. I would like to put on record my own and my family’s grateful thanks to Campden Surgery and all staff and Doctors for their efficiency and competence in dealing with my problem.

I have never been so shocked in my life to have a receptionist laugh at the symptoms I was describing to her. This is not the first time either. I've never felt so humiliated. It's hard to get a face to face, and the receptionists can be very rude. The policy states about respect . But where is it to the public?.

I have moved back to the area this year and cannot recommend the surgery highly enough - their care and consideration of my needs is exceptional.

Received terrible service. Could not get a face-to-face appointment with GP. Receptionists promised to phone back and never did.

All of the staff here are amazing. They are so supportive and I have received help throughout the pandemic, for which I am very grateful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
