   Rang at 8.30 am and was given an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner at 9.40 am. Everyone from receptionists, the Nurse Pracitioner, and the ladies in the dispensary were welcoming, professional and efficient. So refreshing when I know that the NHS is in crisis and everybody must be under a lot of pressure
