Everytime I have to ring. I'm always put to the back of a list. Like I'm not a priority too. I requested a call back before 12pm as I had work then the doctor calls me at 11:59am knowing full well I'm in work and can't get to the phone at I'm a life guard and can't take my phone with me. So I ring back to be told that your not a priority you'll just have to call back the next day. To then get a snobby receptionist on the phone telling me that they don't have the doctors and I'm not I priority well why not? It's not on. I was told a couple of week ago that my 9 year old wasn't a priority and I'd have to call back at a later date. To be honest I don't think I want to be a part of this so call doctors surgery anymore because your not actually interested in your patients and their wellbeing your just there pumping out prescriptions so you get paid. No care at all given to your patients and especially your younger patients. I think it's disgusting

I came in for my blood tests which I am very nervous about. I do not remember her name but my visit was 05/09/2022 at 12:10. She spoke to me about giving up smoking and while we were talking she took my blood without me even noticing. The best blood tests I have every had. Thank you
