Suffering from frightening and chronic anxiety I spent 40 minutes on the phone then to be told I couldn’t have a conversation but to write an email. That was 5 days ago. I was cooking dinner at 6.30 pm and ran to the phone and missed the call. Shame on you Chelston Hall. You make struggling pet like me feel they are lucky to ever speak to anyone.

I have been in contact with a particular lady dr for the last few months, regarding my iron levels and menopausal symptoms. She has been wonderful, so friendly, she takes the time to listen and it really shows in how she talks to you how much she cares. I have never met her, we have just spoken on the phone several times and I liase through the surgery via the online consultation which I find invaluable. I think the online consultation is a great idea to reach out to a gp knowing you will receive a call back. This a great surgery and I feel very lucky to speak to such wonderful doctors, even at 6.30pm in the evening after I’m sure a very long day for them, they are still willing to listen attentively and reassure me. Thank you so much.

Excellent recent experience with a understanding and compassionate female doctor who saw my daughter , cannot fault and extremely impressed with he consultation, brilliant.

No help in getting to see a doctor , after repeat phone calls , finally went to surgery , only to be told I’m not an emergency and phone 111
