Dr examined me after discussing condition, blood samples taken, 4pm Dr phoned me telling me to go straight to A&E where I received the urgent medical treatment I required. The Dr was very experienced in spotting the warning signs. Reception staff were also polite and professional.

I had a batch set up for my medication which ended in Nov 2022, i was told i by the surgery, i would need to order on line, which i did, i ordered it on 19.12.22 I went to collect my medication from my pharmacy, 10 items i ordered, of which i received one item, I phoned the surgery to be told, the script had been printed and not sent to my nominated pharmacy, despite me typing on the medication request, please forward to my nominated pharmacy, the surgery informed me that, it would be sent later today 30/12/ 02. I requested it early, as I was away from 2nd Jan 2023, i requested it early from my surgery, and noted the reason in the comments section, my pharmacy is closed on 31st, 01,02, Jan 23, perhaps the surgery or the NHS would like to reimburse me for the £900 that i have lost in cancelling my holiday, as my current medication only lasts until 04.01.23 and I have to collect it from my pharmacy after that date.
