I have been waiting 40 minutes to be put through to the reception to get an appointment for my son who is very poorly. The automatic voice doesn't tell what number you are in the queue, like my doctors do, so you have no idea if your call will get answered. This happens every time I ring them which thankfully isn't very often. I don't know anyone who has got a good word to say about this practice. There are times when you want to see a doctor but you end up seeing a nurse. Avoid this doctors if possible!

I have been a patient for over 8 years and have always found the entire team at Isca Medical Practice to be polite, kind, professional and helpful. I never have any issues in getting an appointment and they are also extremely thorough to investigate to rule things out as well. Would highly recommend them and all of the doctors are amazing. Thank you for providing an excellent service to the community.

I would like to thank all of the staff at Isca medical practice regarding my recent treatment which was exceptional in all areas when I can in to difficult times with my health. Everyone was so professional and helpful I can honestly not recommend this practice enough.
