Have just had a telephone consultation. Called on time. Caring and concise. Thank you. We have been using this practice for over 35 years. They have never ceased to give us excellent care. When I had my stroke over Christmas, we had a phone consultation and a Face 2 Face The relationship with Bampton Pharmacy is exemplary. True Joined Up Thinking. Thank you, all. You are truly Great!

Had two steroid injections today. Although uncomfortable not as bad as I thought they would be. Dr explained it all thoroughly and was very gentle.

GP was amazing! I had a very poorly child and she listen to the history and seemed genuinely concerned. The correct treatment was prescribed and a follow up appointment was made the same day. Several options were given to see which one I was most happy with and I felt supported and my child cared for.

I had steroid injections in both wrists for carpal tunnel syndrome today. Doctor explained everything in detail to me. Everything went according to plan, and the doctor was very professional and polite.

Everything you want in a gp practice, kind, thorough, informative and they don't make people wait for months on end to see someone! My experience with having carpal tunnel surgery was very good, the doctors and nurses were competent and everything was done properly and in an orderly fashion.

Helpful friendly team on all levels and the Dr listened and took the time meeded, things never felt rushed and inaddition outcomes and options were very clearly explained.

Have now had both carpal tunnels done and both times I found the Dr and staff to be professional, polite and thorough. The after care service call was just the same. Have recommended them.

In recent weeks I have needed to visit the practice on a number of occasions. I can only praise the availability and the thorough and supportive approach in seeking to analyse and then diagnose the symptoms I have been experiencing. Thank you. At the same time the efficiency in the way the practice operates which includes the appointment service and the use of technology to maintain an ongoing dialogue pre appointment and then post appointment when required can only be commended. Bringing a business lens to the practice and how service is measured I would answer the following question: on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 high) how likely would you be to recommend the practice to family and friends: with the score of 10. Well done to everyone involved.

I called the practice with concerns over my son this morning. We had a call back and an appointment the same day. He was checked over thoroughly and i was constantly asked if I was happy and understood what was being said. A plan was out in place for a review of him too. We felt we were very well looked after, the knowledge of the paramedic was excellent, the care and service he provided to my son was exceptional. In these times when the surgeries get slated, i couldn’t praise ours highly enough. Keep up the good work!

I would like to personally thank how kind and professional my lady doctor was during my appointment. She was efficient with a referral but more than that she had a kind nature and when I left the appointment she gave me strength to carry on .
