Review titled GP - a telephone call back

Very impressed with the GP a call back system. I’ve called on two occasions this week on behalf of my son. Friendly reception staff, prompt use of link to send in photo of area requiring treatment (antibiotics). On both occasions the GP called back within the hour, both were very friendly and efficient. Thank you!!

Having recently moved to the practice I’ve found the process smooth and easy to navigate.The people I’ve met or spoken to have been very helpful and efficient.

I am completely bowled over by the level of support, care and compassion that this practice has shown my daughter who has multiple health issues. They have bent over backwards to offer help over and above what I could have ever hoped for. I also called upon the services of the surgery last month for myself and they responded and dealt with my concerns so promptly and efficiently, I was extremely impressed. Not only do they act in an efficient and professional way, they show genuine concern and are friendly and approachable making you feel listened to, comfortable and un-hurried in what I image can be a very hectic environment. I have nothing but praise for the practice and its staff.

I did not struggle to speak to someone initially and I was scared about my symptoms. Their response rate was quick (especially as I have heard some real horror stories from other local practice -users waiting weeks to speak to someone!) This practice is truly great at initially assessing how urgent the need is for a patient - whether that be a face-to-face appointment or a telephone one. It so happened that I needed to see someone and this happened within a couple of days, regardless of the pressures they are are clearly under (as it the whole healthcare system). I really feel the team - everyone at all levels - care about their patients and community are genuinely doing their best in challenging circumstances. I feel confident they have patients’ best interests at the heart of everything they do and I am grateful for their care and attentions!
