    I was worried about a skin tag on my forehead, apart from it being visible on my forehead, having very fine hair. Minor surgery was reassuring and the procedure was painless. Plus the pathology test was normal. Excellent and relieved patient. Thank you

    I had just migrated to Townsend House, having had difficulty gaining any meaningful help from my previous practice where I’d effectively been called a hypochondriac. A lovely Townsend House GP saw me in person and really listened. As a result I got the investigations I needed and was diagnosed with cancer for which I am now being treated! I chose Townsend House because one of the partners treated my daughter in out of hours service and noticed a lump on my neck and, having sorted out my daughter, they took the trouble to mention it to me as we were leaving! My previous GP couldn’t even feel it, let alone see it or make any comment! This Townsend House GP advised me to keep a close eye on it and not to hesitate to seek help! Lovely practice. Their Teceptionists are so lovely to spray on the ‘phone. They are polite, sympathetic, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. All the nurses are skilled and approachable and kind; every GP I have seen has been competent, empathetic, kind and accommodating; you are never made to feel that they don’t have time for you. There is obviously an ethos that the patients really matter and a genuine desire to help their patients as best they can. If it weren’t for my Gp in this practice, I genuinely would not still be here today, according to my neurosurgeon! Thank you Townsend House! Keep up the great work!
