    Twice this year all ready, I have needed to ring for help from the surgery and both times told to do the online form, and both times I had tried but was too ill to do it, but the response was 'but you can't have an appointment without it!'. I had to argue to get the receptionist to bypass this and do the form over the phone, which obviously took up valuable time, and eventually resulted in me being asked to go in within half hour! Now triage forms may work in some circumstances, but this is putting people off trying to contact doctors when they really need them! As for trying to see a doctor, it seems the nurse practitioner is the substitute now for the illusive doctors. The GP surgery is not fit for purpose now and the customer service and care side seems to have disappeared! It's a shame because I really liked it here before, but now I'll have to think about registering elsewhere if things don't improve!

    Cannot thank them enough. I was offered an emergency appointment with a GP this morning, the nurse fitted me in for an urgent blood test within half an hour while the doctor was able to speak to Torbay hospital. Within an hour I was sent to hospital to undergo more tests. The Gp followed up with 2 phone calls while I was at the hospital to check how I was. They were so thorough and helpful. I have been with this practice for 34 years and once again they have gone above and beyond to help. A massive thank you to the receptionist, the nurse and the GP. Amazing practice.

    I am recent resident of Ipplepen, I have been given username and password. I have today and tried to use them to order repeat prescription, but totally failed?

    I have had a few appointments recently for various reasons and my concerns have been listened to and I have felt supported. I had an excellent appointment today where the doctor really listened to my problems and concerns and worked with me to find a treatment that I was happy with whilst ruling out any other serious conditions. He also went above and beyond to answer the many other questions I had and booked in follow up appointments.

    Had an appointment for my son and the GP that we saw thought it was necessary to make remarks about my medical problem throughout the appointment, this was unnecessary and in my opinion rude and it made me feel like I was being tested on my ability as a mum and made me uncomfortable for further visits

    I had to see a doctor recently for my son and I was booked in with a registrar who went above and beyond my son is non verbal and he was completely at ease with her. She was extremely through throughout! I then had to have a call regarding my daughters blood result and I had the same doctor. She explained everything to me with great detail and discussed options and a plan with me. I cannot praise her enough. I’ve always had a good experience at this practice but with was exceptional.

    Never had any problems & I have long term conditions & I have had a few extra health issues more recently. Doctors always brilliant, great to have a phone consultation & then be seen if necessary. I cannot thank them enough for all the help they have given me & are still giving me. Doctors, nurses & staff always friendly & polite, even when they are rushed off their feet, which is normal these days following on from covid & all the problems that have arisen during, including seeing how exhausting they were, & from that. They are simply the best
