It is very hard for someone with little online experience to find out how to make an appointment online, can you explain in simple terms how to do it thanks. There is nothing when you go online to wells Road surgery to say book a appointment and get you through to make it.

I recently moved to the area from another part of Bristol and I can't believe the difference in the level of care I receive at Wells Rd surgery. The receptionists are kind and patient, it's easy to get through on the phone, but even easier to submit e-consults. I normally hear back within a few hours. The GPs have been very attentive and I haven't had any issues getting an appointment or phone call. I didn't realise just how poor the treatment was at my old surgery until I moved. The only thing that would make it better would be automated repeat prescriptions, rather than having to request, but this really is a drop in the ocean. Thank you to all of the efforts of the staff, it really hasn't gone unnoticed.

I have always found it very easy to get an appointment. The staff are fantastic the doctors have made me feel so relaxed so friendly and personable couldn’t recommend this doctors enough!

I’m always amazed how much support there is for me and my family. It seems very patient centred care. I usually get things resolved quickly and easily. I would love online access to notes to help with things in secondary care. At the moment this is unavailable.

I have found staff completely unprofessional with the exception of a few. Reception staff especially show a complete lack of compassion or respect for patients often being overheard to comment on patients in a derogatory manner making fun or passing judgements. It's a very small space / waiting area so you can hear staff / patients it lacks discretion, privacy and I've even heard staff gossip while they think your being put on hold.

I've been registered with this practice for many years. I have only been met with helpfulness and efficiency from the Reception Team. The nurses are awesome, kind and caring. I can only praise the GPs who have always made time for me be it a mental health issue or a physical one and they have been so supportive when my son has had health issues this year. Thank you for all the hardwork you do.

I was so impressed with my treatment the other day that I thought I must write a review. I sent an online consultation request at 8.30am. I had suspected tonsillitis (which I have had many times before). The GP phoned me at 9.30am, discussed my symptoms and was so sympathetic. He said he would issue a prescription for antibiotics to be delivered to the chemist. I picked up my prescription from the chemist after lunch. Thank you for such an excellent service.
