I have a number of heath issues which they have completely ignored. They aren't interested & offer me CBT, which has never helped me & they know this. I don't know what's happened to the medical profession, but they aren't interested in what the patient has to say & they can't wait to get you out of the surgery.

The following is an extract from nhs uk: You do not need proof of address or immigration status, identity or an nhs number. When requesting a registration form at the surgery, I was told my the receptionist that the applicant would need to provide evidence of address and either a passport or other photographic evidence of identity. This is obviously not required to register for an NHS GP. Why does the surgery persistent in misleading people and what gives them the right to request this information?
