I recently moved to the area and registered with the Combe Down Practice. I do not usually see my GP more than a few times a year as I rarely get ill. On this occasion I attended an annual Respiratory review with the Respiratory nurse and saw the GP. My experiences were World Class. Both clinicians took time to listen to me and exceeded my expectations. I have never seen such an amazing team. The GP spent almost 30 minutes helping me to understand my diagnosis. She patiently answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. She was professional and empathetic. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have developed heart failure recently and can't praise the practice enough. Nothing is too much for them, doctors and nurses alike. I have had texts with feedback from doctors after 8 p.m. on several occasions, which reminds me how hard they work. You can see the doctor the same day if its urgent. Phone lines constantly busy is only a minor irritation-the downside of a very popular practice.
