    Had a really positive consultation with the Clinician this morning, was given time and care underpinned by excellent subject knowledge. Really helpful to my overall well being. Thank You!

    I am in my 60th year and have been registered with the surgery for over 25 years. My GP Dr Goram has been the most supportive, understanding and professional GP anyone could wish for. As a GP she has actively listened to my concerns and worries. Offered advice and support that has enabled me to see an overall improvement in my health and well-being Everyone should have a Dr Goram overseeing their health I share with everyone that I have the best GP in the world Thank you to everyone at Frome Valley Medical Surgery for overseeing my care from the Reception team, the nurses but a very special thank you to a very special doctor Dr Goram.

    Yes the phone lines are a pain but maybe if we funded the NHS properly they could install a better system. Reception staff polite, professional & understanding. Medical staff take the time to ask the leading questions and listen to the answers, definitely saving lives. Thank you
