Having attended the Nuffield Hospital yesterday for an ultrasound, I hadn't even reached home when I received a lovely text from Dr Tom Fisher, giving me the result! I was astonished and delighted - especially as the news was good! How wonderful that communication from the hospital and then the surgery was so fast! Many thanks to Dr Fisher - and the Nuffield!

I had need to contact the surgery for an appointment and used the e consultation system. I received a communication from my doctor within 48hrs, and an urgent appointment with the hospital within 40mins of the doctors communication. Exceeded my expectations.

Presented Monday with symptoms of a very nasty infection, gave a specimen and within 4 hours, had received phone call from a Doctor and had antibiotics in hand. Even better, 2 days later, when full analysis became available and actual bacteria identified, was again called to inform me of a switch to a more affective antibiotic. Such a smooth process, very parient-centred. Really happy.

The staff at Woodstock Surgery have today, as they have on all my previous visits, been absolutely excellent! They are always polite and very helpful and I cannot fault the service in any way! I have nothing but good things to say about them and would absolutely recommend them. Cliff W
