   I had my prescription few wks ago but chemist can't get hold of the medication and said to ask dr for alternative prescription. I contacted the surgery week b4 last asking for this. I rang this week to c if it had been done but it hadn't. I have just been in to the chemist & they have not received a prescription yet for an alternative! I can buy no end of this in waitrose & so had to use my food money to get some at £15 each.I need 4 or 5 of these a month for my acid reflux since damage caused from seat belt to centre of my chest when lorry went in to side of me. I also asked for a prescription for Omeprazol or something similar which i tried once b4 but gives me side affects & so I buy Gaurdiam but again this is from food money & now we have no food money as pensioners & so I only take one guardiam every other day now instead of one a day which is why I asked for something from the dr. I was told the pharmacist would ring me but I picked up my phone to answer and he had gone with hidden number! Someone else had phone call from dr one day. she was ready for the call as knew what time it was going to be but after just One ring it stopped b4 she could answer it! What's happening to our doctors surgery nowadays!!!!!! Pam.
