  1. Review titled Uncaring receptionist

Rated 1 star out of 5

Incredibly disgusting Attitude from the receptionist towards my elderly grandma thats just came out of a serious operation. Called at 11:30 and was arrogant, rude and vile. Was informed by her doctor that if she had any trouble to call right away, instead she was told that she couldn't talk to anyone, shouted at her, belittled her and hung up after trying to give serious medical advice that she admitted she wasnt trained to do when questioned. but this woman has no right to be working in a customer caring role. My entire family will be putting this in writing to the surgery and higher as we already know the manager will send a copy and paste apology stating they'll use this as a training purpose. (Which judging by other reviews isnt working)Please avoid this place at all costs. This isnt a surgery and they certainly dont care about their patients

  2. Review titled Bad service

Rated 1 star out of 5

My wife called the practice regarding our daughter vaccination and the receptionist advised her that we will receive a phone consultation the next day , but we didn’t receive any . My wife called them and they told her that it was a face to face consultation and she has missed the appointment. We have booked another appointment but unfortunately we couldn’t attend due to specific circumstances and we have them a call a day before to cancel this appointment and to book another one . We received a call from one of the nurses and she told my wife it is the 2nd time to cancel and started to threaten my wife that she will report her and that our circumstances are not excuse to her not to come .

  3. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Hi I called to make an appointment today with my surgery of 54 years, I was offered 9th November but explained I was struggling with MSK pain. I was then asked to call again at 11.30 which I did - o was offered a phone call, I asked if possible for face to face which was available also. Great service. I work for the NHS and have to say whilst dealing with many GP surgery’s Drylnd is one of the very best.

i was dissatisfied as they force you to wear a mask which is no longer mandatory and some patients can not wear them due to health grounds they lack in customer services and they need to go on a course to teach them better manners

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry you have felt wearing a mask at that time was no acceptable. We continue to ask patients to wear masks if at all possible as this will help to maintain thier own clinical well being as well as supporting the continued protection of the staff within the surgery Dryland Surgery
