I rang the surgery just before 9am was asked if I could come and see the doctor at 10.30am. Couldn't of asked for a faster appointment time

Dear Patient Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We work very hard to provide a responsive, safe service to our patients. It is always a pleasure when someone takes the time to write a positive review, which I shall share with the team. Thank you again, H. Morris-Khan - Practice Manager.

from their website - "You are a very well informed population of patients and are very good at identifying which problems require urgent medical attention." - why do we need this surgery then if we are doctors ourselves? so in case you are looking for an appointment, don't hold your breath! the time it takes to fill out their online form, one might just not need a doctor in that time. And the ivr! omg! that's the worst!! still harping about social distancing. Finally the icing on the cake comes in two flavours 1) Reception 2) ivr again. While the former is very unhelpful and patronising the voice message directs you to go to a local pharmacy for advice! I mean seriously! Is this why we pay ni towards nhs to talk to robots, fill out lenghy forms, or to get directed to pharmacies for advice, might as well start suggesting quacks then! if patients are able to decide for themselves, or pharmacies are to be relied upon, which does this surgery exist? Perhaps it will be best to terminate this surgery and give the share of money to each individual registered with the surgery which this surgery receives from nhs!
