On several occassions we have arrived to collect our prescriptions only to be advised that they haven't advised the chemist. This despite our following the correct procedures. When advised of the recurring problem the practice manager accepted that mistakes happen but did nothing to ensure they dont happen again. Given that the lack of desire to improve its service I cannot recommend this practice.

I wanted to thank my GP for being so thorough to try to find a diagnosis for my chronic pain. He always listens to me , shows compassion, is determined to find help and is a credit to the surgery. I would also like to praise and thank the pharmacist for a very thorough review of my medications via telephone appointment. He was very compassionate, listened to my concerns, gave reassuring advice about next steps in treatments , explained blood test results, questioned thoroughly about blood pressure readings and knowing he wants me to give a week's worth of readings ,reassures me that I am still very much being taken care of by the team at watermeadow surgery. Thank you also to the patient receptionists! This surgery makes Chesham proud! Thank you!
