Arrived early for an 0840 appointment; witnessed nurse arrive and make note for her car about parking but in plenty of time. Waited to be called but at 0846 spoke to receptionist who did not inform nurse that I was complaining. At 0849, I informed the receptionist that I would file a complaint and re-book. It would have been no good having my blood pressure taken when being so angry. All it would have taken was for the nurse to speak and say something about timing. To be fair, the Practice nurses have always been exceptional and this is the first time in 15 years or so that a nurse has been ignorant.

Told to ring at 8 in the morning, so you call and wait nearly an hour to get through to then be told there isn't any appointments. Finally get an appointment and end up having to wait over an hour after your time slot! It's ridiculous

Dear patient, I am sorry you had to wait so long on the phone to get through and then again to be seen by the doctor. You can request a call back on the phone system to save you holding on, it will call you back at your place in the queue. After a 30 minute wait I was answered by a friendly lady who listened empatheically and booked a telephone consultation Received telephone consultion an hour and a half later offered face to face appt and invited to surgery within 15 minutes Attended surgery seen by paramedic practioner - really friendly and personable - examined and discussed outcome - left surgery 10 minutes later received text message to say antibiotics prescribed - very impressive service

The receptionist was incredible helpful and offered options, despite low staffing levels. Our telephone appointment was converted to a face to face via receipt of a simple text. The doctor was professional, thorough, reassuring and offered great advice. Over all an excellent experience, as always.

This practice has been amazing! Staff, GP’s and nurses are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble considering they are working under immense pressure. Able to either get a telephone/face to face appointment within a reasonable time span if not urgent. You’re all doing a great job and I have no complaints. Thank you so much

Absolutely disgusted with this practice and the rude staff on reception! Nothing against the gp’s, when you finally get An appointment with them they are great. But the admin staff and receptionist are the most ignorant people . They make you feel guilty for wanting to at least speak with a gp. Phone system is a joke , absolute shocking service .

The staff are friendly and the practice is clean and conviently located but none of that matters because its essentially impossible to get an appointment. Appointments are only made on the day, phone lines are clogged form 8am when the lines open and you will pretty much guaranteed be asked to call 111 instead. Massive shame that we can't rely on our community health care providers.

Can never get an appointment, u have to phone at 8am, 30th in the queue, all appointments gone by the time u do get through. Suppose to have a ring back facility which clearly doesn't work, u dont get a ring back, reception far from helpful. Prebookable appointments are for three weeks time. No care anymore for patients.
