    My wife see doctor yo who sent her for a blood test and liver function test and told her to make a appointment to talk to her when she had the test the tests were 3weeks ago and since then we have been trying to get a appointment with no luck she also has a warfarin test weekly and struggle to get a appointment she is 75 and as walking difficulties and as been told sometimes to go to chancery house if she wasn’t I’ll before this the worry of this is making her I’ll she anxiety and is on medication all this is having an effect on health

    I used to be able to book an appointment on the app but now it always tells me that there aren’t any appointments and that I have to call at 8am. Why can’t we book on the PatientAccess app anymore?

    Doctor changed prescription dosage during a telephone consultation, didn't send to pharmacy, when chased at the surgery they then sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy.

    I am an asthmatic person who recently found out that my room has some mould and I been inhaling the mold air and I been coughing uncontrollably for the fast few days and I called the gp and they said to call back tomorrow at 9 since they are booked and I did but the women on the phone says call again tomorrow because it’s fully booked and call at 8 tomorrow am I meant to call at 9 or 8 I just want something to ease my coughing

    Dear Mr Lama I sincerely apologise that you have had difficulty in arranging to speak to a Doctor. Unfortunately demand is extremely high and it doesn't take long every morning for us to reach our capacity. I have noted that you tried calling us on 7th August at 1.30pm and 8th August just after 9am by which time all of our appointments were filled. Our phone lines open at 8am each morning. Alternative ways to obtain an appointment is to get patient access and check our online availability (appts are released daily) or send a message via our website. I am happy to see you were booked an appointment on 9th August and spoke with a Doctor at 10.30am, I do hope you are now feeling better. Kind regards Catherine Guscott Practice Manager

    The practice was previously good, however the organisation has really gone downhill. They are trying to get everything done online and just spent 15 minutes calling to get an appointment and they cannot make it. Have messaged and filled in forms however they say they will send an appointment and then send a text for me to call them. Then can’t book and told to callback in a few weeks time.

    To get an appointment you have to call at 8:00am. Tried over 2 days and nothing available. In the end I was in so much pain I went private which cost £83 including a prescription. Tried to book a follow up appoint with my GP today. No appointments available, try again tomorrow.

    Good afternoon, I had a mirena coil inserted this afternoon and just wanted to email to pass on my thanks to the two nurses who cared for me. I was very nervous entering my appointment as have had a bad experience previously with mirena coil insertion. Both of team were extremely kind and reassuring. The leading nurse was very informative and made sure all my questions were answered. She was quick and professional knowing I felt uncomfortable. The second nurse provided excellent compassionate care and held my hand during the uncomfortable moments. You are both doing an excellent job, thank you.

    Never a good experience from this surgery. I've never know such utter incompetence. It's hard work all round. I can honestly say I do not feel my health is looked after here at all. Just appaling all round. You can't get to see a gp, it's only ever by phone, speak to a different gp each time and have to constantly go over all my health issues. It's exhausting!
