  1. Review titled Never listen your concerns

Rated 1 star out of 5

I booked numerous appointments to this GP .on 25/02/2023 I went to gp due to strong odour that my body produces as I did all sort to control cutting down caffeine, any preservatives food, junk food, protein ,dairy, and all try charcoal tab, mint tab, vitamin, chrolophyll tablet nothing works. All blood work colonoscopy and endoscopy is normal but it's done due to a doctor on st Edward hospital was concerned with my 12 kg weight loss in less than 3 month ,stink and in 1st visit they referred me for further test. GP don't care about it although I explain them numerous time previously. Its affected my social life and have no confidence to get out of house. I have seen people closing nose, waving nose, saying all sort of things at work training, work wise I work in hospital and pt gets more sick and nauseated due to my stink and many patients asked not to put me near them for care ,I have seen name swiping as nobody want to work with me not because of my behaviour or my personality but becoz of stink and I don't blame them sometime I feel running away from myself it's that horrible but don't know how, family life wise my husband is about to divorce me ,have no relationship in last 8 months or so if I go up he will be down the house. I have two children to care and having said all the situation I don't think I have to explain about my mental health. When I go to the GP on 25/02/2023 they asked me to prove it. I went on perfume on hand so she thinks it's in my head. Fair enough to have that perspective as a GP but I asked can I wash my hand so the perfume will be washed away .she said no then added she can't refer me in 1 visit also I need to provide the proof of I stink .I request her to let me stay for 15 minutes outside so that the whole hall will stink she said no the appointment will last only 10 min.I let her know how it affect my life and I mentioned her that I mentioned same complain to gp previously as well but GP don't think it's medically relevent to them to mention on note.Nothing happens i come out crying from gp. I booked again went without perfume to request to refer me to st guys Thomas hospital as it could be tmau a rare genetic or metabolism disorder I beg them ,request them they agreed and I have sent to secretary to asked what I wanted to be referred for I gave details.A month later I checked online and find out I have been referred to nowhere. They lie to their patients. Its happens in many times to me . It is against duty of condour.i will make complain to safe guarding too as they left me unheard, helpless, distress and if anything happens to me in future GP should take responsibility for it. They give appointment so easily and never listen to patients completely however I should mention the nurses there are great .I mentioned about it to chat therapists too.I gave up with them as they can't solve my primary issue .

  2. Review titled Rude lady on phone today

Rated 1 star out of 5

I called to book my husband an appointment today around 8.30am and the lady just wouldn’t let me get a word in! She was adamant to get off the phone to me and rushed through the whole conversation. When I finally got a word in I told her that she was very rude. She was defensive and said she wasn’t. Anyways in the end she said ‘we don’t do free bookings’ meaning I couldn’t book an appointment next thursday. She said I was on a wait list. And she couldn’t book in 10 days advance. What a joke. Her attitude was so atrocious. I wish I took her name!
