Just when you think the receptionists can't get any more rude, or any less helpful, they manage to astonish you. The receptionists were so rude the last time I visited they made me cry.

From the receiving a call from the surgery I had an appointment made to see a Nurse that day who was friendly and efficient. I then had a further appointment within two days to see another nurse who carried pout further tests and arranged another appointment. The surgery has always been efficient and helpful throughout my time with the practice since moving to Twyford in 2009.

71 minutes on standard rate to get an appointment. It will be a lot cheaper to go to A&E in Reading and get seen sometime that day not 34 days as was mentioned for mine. The web site says "see" reception. But, no must call them for one. Also says they do video calls but,they do not do that either. Must only call as not allowed into reception without an appointment. Sorry to say our surgery now has gone so far down in my expectations.

The receptionists are rude and un helpful. Everything always seems like a battle and a fight to get any help or treatment. When you are poorly and vulnerable it is the worst feeling in the world having to deal with this practice where the staff have zero compassion. I feel sick when I have to call them because I know what a battle the conversation will be but I have no choice when I need help with various medical conditions, I shouldn't have to feel like that. I am looking into moving from this practice.

My family always find this surgery very helpful. I actually prefer the phone service - followed by a visit only if required for consultation and tests. We always have been called by a doctor on the day requested, and follow up (prescriptions etc) has always taken place (when required) the same day. Thank you to all the staff for such a good service under the current, often difficult circumstances.
