They won't let you book for the next day, even weeks out, only for today. By the time you get through to them on the phone (there is no voicemail) all "today" appointments are taken. Rinse and repeat the next day. You will effectively never be seen by this GP. Don't even bother registering, it's pointless.

Having to be consulted on a number of occasions during these winter months, at all times it was easy to get an appointment and be seen when necessary. All the team from the receptionist to doctors were professional and caring at all times. Thank you

The pharmacist rang with my blood test results and went through everything necessary for me without rushing and explained fully. I then went on to say I had some infected bites and he arranged to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. I am very happy with this caring surgery.

I would like to say thank you to Ross Road GP Surgery. I feel that I am fully supported by them, while I am going through some medical problems. They are very skilled in their chosen profession, dependable, attentive, polite and have very strong work ethic. I am pleased to say that all staff are very kind & caring, which I'd think is one of the most important quality in any medical profession. I feel that I am very lucky to be registered with them as they provide a very high quality medical care. I strongly recommend this surgery if you are looking for the best medical care. And thank you NHS for training top quality medical professionals.
