Kept messing up my notes with my pills so I am being sent the wrong brands and trying to get through to them is a nightmare! Constant ringing when being first I the queue and this happens at the time they say they open. Honestly if you need to have constant support from your gp, this is not the one. It's like when you call up, everyone goes off on their break for hours which leaves your phone just ringing and ringing. I'm going to move gp because of this.

I called their number for an urgent medical appointment at exactly 8am on July 13th, 2023, and waited over 15 minutes in a queue and never got connected (the ringing sound just doesn't stop). Absolutely horrible medical centre if patients cannot even reach the centre to make an appointment.

Usually, the Doctors are great and redponds quickly. However, both me and my husband have been encouraged by the receptionists to purchase the medicines over the counter from the pharmacy while it was clear thay the medicines have been recommended by the Doc.

Helping me through the worst, this practice signifies what the NHS means to the people. I have been struggling with depression and with the support of the NHS today I am feeling better.
