Very poor GP surgery not like it used to be. My family has been registered here for a number of years. Issues started when trying to get appointments for my daughter they refused as they don’t want to deal with certain health issues. I have also tried to register my brother who was refused as he didn’t have a photo ID. Today tried to change our address was refused as we didn’t yet have proof of address. I made the receptionist aware they proof of ID is not a required and this is stated on the NHS website, she still refused. I then asked how to allow homeless people to register as they won’t have proof of address, I was extremely shocked at the reply of we don’t allow homeless people here. Time to change GP I think if that is the attitude and have no regard for NHS rules which they are bound to follow. Utterly shameful service.

Very bad reception service in the morning . Wasting our time . Asked to call back later in the afternoon and when I called says again to call next day in the morning to book appointment.
