Sat on the phone for over an hour for a 2 minute chat with the receptionist absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone

been with them for over 2 years, never been happy but now i m more disappointed than ever. booked an appointment on 17th january for 13th march at 3pm (around my work schedule), on the 13th in the morning had a text that it's been cancelled and rebooked for the 2nd april at 12 (should be at work), 21st march had a text saying that the doctor isn't available anymore for that day, access the link and rebook your appointment, next available 29th april, i ll deffo wait for this ha ha ha....was too comfortable to change my gp till now, but this is ridiculous. also, staff not trained at all... joke :)

I have been severely let down by the surgery when I’m at my most vulnerable and in dreadful pain from total knee replacement I filled out the form requesting more pain medication as only had enough for today and nothing to get me through the night. Rung at lunchtime to make sure it was being processed had to wait until the end of the day when the prescriptions are signed off and when my partner picked them up they are the wrong medication so I’m vulnerable and in pain with no pain meds don’t know what to do you can’t access a doctor or nurse practitioner to talk to, just a receptionist who says there’s nothing she can do

It has always been a nightmare to book an appointment. Now they have introduced forms which cant be filled in on a phone and you need a laptop. Many people from the old generation wouldn’t be able to do that too as not all of them have a computer . The recording states that they will help with the form of you can’t fill it in but when you call they say they shouldn’t be doing that which is not what the recording says. Really unhappy for the way I was treated when I asked for their support when it clearly says they would do if you have issues with filling a form.

New system and website as of 12 February. Left two econsults. Well impressed, both answered within an hour of requests. That’s a big improvement, well done Chineham. Given how much pressure this surgery is under I say “ Well Done”

No problems with the doctors or staff but waiting 3 weeks to get a blood test and 5/6 weeks to see a doctor is unacceptable. The surgery is overloaded and cannot provide the service needed. Even when the doctor sends a text to say you have problems with your blood results and send a text to say she wants to see you again. The receptionist state there are no appointments- So what does one do next I ask???

Face to face appointment. Doctor clearly not read any previous notes regarding ongoing breast problem. Challenged as whether a lump had been previously found,which had been by another doctor at the surgery and a doctor at the breast clinic but on this occasion doctor did not believe my or go through previous notes. Then I was gaslighted that it is chest pain. I have one breast abnormally larger than the other, inflammation on nipple and discharge and breast pain. I felt feverish and reported headaches. Was not listened to. Have no idea whether I continue using a cream a nurse prescribed a week before as she thought could be an infection. This doctor however dismissed an infection? All confusing and felt inappropriate and unsafe. No advice as to how I manage the ongoing symptoms and told by the doctor before I left a reffeto breast clinic would be made " to check nothing sinister" I have no idea if it is a urgent refferal or not . Was told " well given current situation could be afew weeks ". Let's hope my symptoms don't get worse as I will get no advice or support from this surgery if they did.

Having waited 2 days to speak to a Doctor let alone see one I am feeling totally alone and let down. I feel so ill bt can't even speak to anyone This used to be The Best Surgery now its totally ineffective and useless. So sad

I must congratulate the chineham practice. I'm 67 yr s and never experienced so much caring.politness. patience. They kept in contact with me through out .now on medication. Thank you .I really appreciate your help.

Second time I've been to this place unfortunately it's my local practice. What an absolute nightmare over 1 hr 30 minutes waiting just ridiculous avoid at all costs
