I have just joined this practice and I am already very happy. I called yesterday and the receptionist soon identified that I needed seeing ASAP. I managed to get a same day appointment with the doctor (I recognise this is probably rare) who I felt listened and wasn't rushing me out of the door! Very pleased so far!

What a brilliant receptionist. I just phoned for a an appointment for my diabetic review and I got a wonderful cheerful receptionist . Thank you very much

I had some symptoms and I was called in to the surgery very promptly. Tests were carried out and results returned very quickly. My mind was put at rest and I wish to thank everyone at Brook Lane for their professsionalism and hard work. I am really grateful.

I desperately needed to see a Doctor on Friday 2nd June. I rang the surgery and explained my reasons and was seen later that morning. I would like to say a huge thankyou to all the staff. The receptionist was very understanding and the doctor very thorough. I have been with this surgery for nearly 30 years and can honestly say I have always been treated with the most utmos respect. Again a huge thankyou to every member of the staff at the surgery. I know how difficult it is at the present but this practice still continues to give its excellent service

What a lovely receptionist. I phoned up to get an appointment because of numbness in my leg. Nothing was any trouble for her. She went to find out if it was urgent when she came back I had an appointment the same day. Absolutely brilliant. Well done to receptionist and the doctor I saw that day. Thank you

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. I have been with them for over 25 years and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The reception staff are extremely polite and couldn’t be more helpful. I was asked if it was urgent and did I need an appointment same day, it wasn’t so I was given an appointment for 2 weeks time. The doctor I saw was very thorough, friendly and I felt in no way rushed and would like to thank them for a very efficient service.

I moved to this surgery about 3 years ago from another local one, so glad I did. I have nothing but praise for the reception/admin staff, nurses & GPs. Their Covid Vac & Flu Jab clinics are like well oiled machines. I have received great support and care for my various health issues. The best GP surgery in the area.
