    Phoned about several blackouts I've had, in tears the receptionist was unsympathetic, rude, told me she'd spoken to a nurse (debatable) nurses are usually nice & helpful, told me to go to drop in centre, husband went down later , was told by same person they were busy& fully booked, waiting area completely empty , aren't blackouts quite serious?, never had problems with reception team before, they are usually quite caring & helpful, this one needs to learn empathy, sympathy & customer skills

    Very poor customer service. Repeatedly have to return to the surgery just to get a repeat prescription issued correctly. Patient choice non existent and staff don’t listen to you as the patient. Frequently witnessed poor communication by the reception staff while in the waiting room to other patients on the phone. Frequently told prescription sent electronically to nominated surgery even though I don’t have one and then told to use a code to find my own script at a pharmacy even though I don’t have a smart phone. Items always missing even following a consultation.
