   Very unhelpful staff. They treat patients like an intruder. They think patients come there for pleasure not because of pain or health issues. I was waiting 50 minutes for my appointment and nobody called me and in the and they said I missed my appointment. The appointment confirmation screen is broken. It was normal procedure in the past that doctor called every patient. Today they said I didn’t conform I already came so in their opinion I missed my appointment. They didn’t agree to book anther appointment for me. They sent me back home in strong pain and recommend to book next appointment on by the phone on Monday which is almost impossible in there. Reception lady were looking at me few times while I was waiting and she never asked if she can help knowing I didn’t confirmed my presence what wasn’t necessary in the past.

2. Review titled Rude and Humiliating Receptionist

   My prescription wasn’t sent to the chemist and I had to visit the surgery. The receptionist discussed my contraceptive in a loud manner, wouldn’t let me explain and was totally rude in her manner and demeanour. Nothing was sorted and I left feeling totally humiliated.

   This week a family member who had failed to register with a new GP when moving needed to see a GP urgently. The staff at reception could not have been more helpful, registered and seen by very helpful GP within 3 hrs. Thank you.
