I'm in need of a follow up to make sure an infection has cleared and no further treatment is needed. Follow up is advised to happen in 6 days from now, earliest appointment is on 3 weeks. Really bad that the GP themselves cannot decide what cases should be reviewed first in person(based on clinical outlook) and all you get is a "book yourself an appointment".

Econsult works very well. I got a call back later that day for a lesser problem and in a couple of hours for a more urgent condition. Able to see a GP the next morning and diagnosis and treatment plan soon in place. Called a few days later to see how I was. Excellent service. Thank you.
