    I need an extension on my fit note however at 8.45 i was unable to do it online so i called in and i was told there are only 6 e consults per day andi have to wait until Monday I am suffering badly with my mental health no compassion shown to me I give up with this surgery it is terrible

    Even though I have no issues with the doctors and medical professionals at the surgery, getting to see a doctor is like climbing a mountain. It makes the whole purpose of the surgery irrelevant. There is no such thing as preventive or proactive health management - no regular tests. I haven't had my routine blood test for years even after having elevated cholesterol levels. yet, i have to struggle to get the tests done and still cant talk to a doctor - not even on the phone or via email. i'm trying to move to another surgery at the earliest opportunity.

    I would like to thank everyone for being so kind with the recent passing of my husband. The GP I saw was very understanding and helpful. The reception staff were extremely helpful as well, and everyone has been so nice at losing the love of my life. Thank you Jenner House. Because of your help I am feeling so much better.

    Getting appointment here or even communicating with a GP over phone or text is like climbing a million mountain and takes hours of someone's working time for probably a 2 min consultation. The online service offering is also completely unsatisfactory as you can only do meaningful stuff during 8.30am or 1.30pm. Service experience is extremely poor as well

  5. Review titled Most frustrating practice ever.

    Been trying to get an appointment at this practice for the last few weeks. They only take appointments on the day and won't do pre-booked appointments, which I think is bad practice. I get told that if I call on a certain day that they will help me get booked in but I get the same advice each time I call so I'm going round in circles. I don't feel as though my health is being looked after at this practice and e-consult will only get you a phone call with a doctor and not in to actually see them, which sometimes you just need to show things. I'm so disheartened and disappointed that this is considered a good way to treat people.

    After multiple attempts, unable to get appointments even though Doctors request you visit Always being referred to E Consult, being on Hold for an hour to get appointment then to be told no appointments available , ring back this afternoon , in afternoon, apparently 7th in queue from phone line being opened to be told again no appointments, and always receptionists with attitude and unhelpful
