   Things have been a bit wobbly at the practice recently but that’s understandable. Considering the challenges they’ve been facing they have maintained great care. One of the doctors in particular (my doctor) is pretty amazing and has always been supportive, patient, caring and understanding. My one very valid concern is the need to do everything online, this is a very big problem I feel. Not only can very sensitive health information been shared in a way that is not always secure but not everyone can access the internet or find it easy to do things like e-consults. I understand why there’s an emphasis on doing it this way but I strongly feel that it should be as easy to make an appointment over the phone as it is to do this. Please go back to accepting requests over the phone. Overall an amazing practice with many fantastic, caring and committed staff. But please management change the set up for patients not wanting to do things online.
