    The service I had from the surgery on Monday 30 January was excellent, from the call to reception after nine o’clock to the follow up call from the duty doctor later that morning and subsequent attendance to see him in surgery shortly after lunch. My health issue was quickly identified and an appropriate medicine prescribed. With so many adverse reports of GP services nationwide I'm pleased to report the best service I could hope for from this surgery. Well done.

    Their knowledge and humanity are simply off the scale; from the moment I walk through the door, I know I’m going to be empowered to deal with whatever has brought there. I never feel like a passive recipient; they explain what’s going on and we then work out together what can and should be done. Doctors, nurses, dispensary, admin and reception teams are all exceptional. I keep hearing about surgeries that only give phone or online appointments; not here! Thank you.

    Hubby and I have been with this practice for 32 years (it moved from Ropley) and have only positive comments to make re service over the years. Of course we lament the passing of morning drop in clinics and one of our own doctors on call at the weekend but the staff/pharmacy/doctors are personable and above all helpful in these challenging times considering the extra numbers of patients they are expected to look after now.

    I have been a patient at Watercress Medical for a number of years. I wish to compliment all of the staff, from reception through to Doctors. I have always had extremely good and patient service. When a lot of people are complaining about the Surgeries, I cannot falt mine. I am very lucky.
