Appointment have to be booked daily that morning..i spoke to receptionist asking if i could pre book for the following morning as i have a 2 hours journey to take my elderly mother.. to arrive and take her....amazing result thank you for listening to our needs...

I just want to thank the reception staff fir being really helpful and caring. At the beginning of this year it was a very difficult time and tge did everything they could to help. The GP's nurses and paramedics have done everything they could to make my experience the best it could be. Thank you all very much. You are the best. Please feel free to pass this on

Despite some initial hiccups, this surgery have been such a support to me. I care for an elderly person with dementia. Very challenging at times. The nurse practitioner, who remains nameless as required due to data protection, is an absolute gem. She visits regularly. Mostly to check on my well being as MIL is well cared for and content. She has been something of a life saver. Just knowing that there's somebody there is such a help. I cannot thank them enough

I cannot fault this surgery at all , the doctors, paramedics are amazing , the staff are so friendly . The phone lines are busy but if you keep persisting you will get through and get the same day appt . I will say there is someone I always seem to talk to on the phone and she is lovely, kind, calls you hunni which is so nice and makes me feel very calm and that I am listened too . Thank you for the fantastic service.

This Practice always tries to book an appointment on the day of your call. I have only ever found the receptionists and medical staff to be kind and caring on every call and visit. I recently tried to make an appointment late in the day and was told there were no appointments. The receptionist picked up on my concern and called back within 10 minutes with a cancellation. We hear that surgeries are failing but this Surgery continually strives and succeeds in being there for the patient. Thank you.

A very helpful surgery with a great reception team who book you in without a long delay. Friendy and take a genuine interest in your problem. Doctors who take time to listen and then explain the best remedy.

Without explanation of my problem, which can be stressful and upsetting, I found the receptionist kind and considerate and she helped me immediately and the doctor called within a couple of hours. It wasn’t major, but it was to me. After speaking to the doctor, ( a locum) I think, I thought I would have difficulty, but in between our call my own doctor at the practice had agreed my prescription, and I presume he did that because he knew me, and recalled my history. So has has been normal, throughout covid also. My Surgery snd it’s staff I cannot rate highly enough.

In a time where GP surgeries and staff are getting a bashing, I wanted to write to praise my surgery. I have needed healthcare support a few times during the pandemic, including finding a lump and post operative care. The triage system has worked well for me, I have been seen or spoken on the phone in a timely way and then seen by an appropriate member of the team if that was clinically required. Much better than in the 'before times'. As a fellow NHS worker, I wanted to say thank you to all the staff - in these changed times praise is few and far between for our practice staff and well deserved in this case!

I'm a carer for both my mother and mother in law, who both live with me. The reception staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Same day appointments are available if you can get through on the busy phone lines. Since becoming a full time carer, they have been helpful, sympathetic and always make me feel important. I cannot praise them enough and am extremely grateful for their support. The same cannot be said for the oncall GP who visited today, not from the surgery I hasten too add, who made me feel like a naughty school girl wasting their time.
