Recently visited the surgery having registered a few months ago and have to mention how easy it was to get an emergency appointment. Receptionist was so helpful and polite, I was seen a few hours later and much needed antibiotics was sent straight to chemist for me to collect.

Fantastic practice, I can always get an urgent appt on the day if needed, I find the Gps very compassionate and efficient. The receptionists are lovely and always willing to help in anyway they can. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

phoned for an urgent appointment this morning having not needed an appointment for a few years. The phone was answered rather quickly and an appointment was offered for later the same day. I couldn’t have asked for any more the lady answered the phone was polite and I didn’t feel like a burden and the Doctor was on time so all in all very happy

I needed a urgent appointment for son who is 4 and phoned at 8am. Phone was answered fairly quickly and the lady on the phone was so helpful and made me a appointment for 10.30 that day! GP was lovely and on time too!

I cannot fault this practice the whole team are friendly , caring and professional always . After having Covid I was quite poorly for a while ..any time I needed to see a GP the receptionist endeavoured to get me seen and treated ! Keep up the good work guys much appreciated always .

Pleasant experience, phoned for some advice on my medication and the lovely receptionist was so helpful and put a telephone call with the Doctor who phoned me later in the day, no hassle and problem sorted.

From start to finish I felt listened to and supported. Staff were kind and empathetic. Staff go above and beyond and always polite

I needed a appointment to speak to my gp about my mental health. Was seen very quickly as didn’t need to wait long for a appointment. My GP was very understanding and gave me some options and advice which I have used. Everything we spoke about was confidential and I felt very safe and listened too.

Having had an operation recently I called to book in a dressing and being as all surgeries are struggling with appointments lately the receptionist was really polite and helpful with calling me back having asked the nurse when she could fit me in…. I had a call back the same day and an appointment was arranged…. Brilliant service and I can’t fault this Practice for continuing with the great work under so much pressure
