We have only been registered with the surgery for about a year but have nothing but praise for them. The phones are answered promptly. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and we cannot fault the service we have received. Thank you.

I have been going to this practice for 26 years and they have always been helpful and accommodating. I have never been spoken to rudely, the receptionist does ask if I can give her an idea of why I need the appointment but I know that this is only because they want me to see the right person! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice.

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback and very kind words and understanding. Patients have become accustomed to giving us brief details of their condition which does enable us to direct them to the correct person or service. Our doctors also find it incredibly helpful to allow them to prioritise their work and have an indication of the patient's reason for contacting us. I have been here nearly as long as you have been a patient, 25 years 5 months to be exact! I am very proud to be a part of a fantastic clinical, reception and admin team who have been immensely challenged in recent times and your comments really do go a long way. Thank you.
