    I've been waiting all week for a note for work. Got told they all get bundled together and done by Friday! Surgery closed 20 mins ago still nothing. Now work will be on my back and due to the incompetence of this surgery I'm going to get the 3rd degree. Totally useless and messing with people's employment is out of order

    Spoke to a Doctor on yesterday and he prescripted some medication and told me to give him a call if it didn't work or I had problems. This morning had an allegeric reaction. Phoned 111 and they checked I was ok but was told to phone the GP Surgery to get replacement medication. Phoned the GP Surgery and they said no one was available, and I could try again tomorrow. I explained what had happened but the receptionist was very unhelpful and didn't understand. A matter which was urgent yesterday had become unimportant today.

    I am really sorry to read your review of our surgery. I would appreciate you calling and asking to speak with myself (Practice Manager) or our Operations Manager. We would like to help you with this as soon as possible and also establish who you spoke to, so we can give further training.

    I want to praise the members of the administration team at Royal Manor health care. Today they went above and beyond to help me sort a prescription issue and were so very kind, helpful and efficient. Thank you so much.

    My recent experience contacting the surgery has been very positive. From the first call to reception, the nurse who took blood, the Doctor for dedication and Dorset County Hospital for efficiency and care.

    Flu Jab Clinic .. Friendly staff and was very organised. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Even had time to weigh me for my records. Thank you.

    Today I needed to phone for advice/appointment. My call was answered quickly and I was given an urgent triage call. This led to an appointment within an hour and extremely kind and caring support from the doctor. An ECG was arranged for the afternoon. I cannot fault the way I was treated and the help I received. Thank you all.

    I just want to say a big thankyou. I phoned today at 8.30am and spoke to the receptionist, who asked Triage to contact me - they did within 10 minutes. After a consultation I was offered a prescription which I collected from the Chemist at 9.30am. A Great Service and no need to take up time with a Doctor
