Here is a message I sent the practice when I left: I have recently moved away from London to Glasgow, and registered with a new GP. I just wanted to send an email to say that in my time as a patient at this surgery, I received excellent care at every turn. I thought it might be nice to send an email saying as much in a time that is so difficult for the NHS in general but particularly on GP practices. The reception staff have always been discreet and so helpful. I've found getting an appointment fairly easy with the system that you have in place. The nursing staff and GPs have always been clear and direct with me, giving honest advice and direction in a way that is respectful and caring at the same time. I've had help with simple things, and issues that were more complex, and I have felt compassion from your staff at every turn. It's a particular jewel in the crown of this surgery that you have a physiotherapist and a Physician's assistant, both of whom gave me excellent care at different times for different issues. I hope my new GP surgery is as good.

The Tudor Lodge team has been very proactive in chasing up for follow-up appointments with specialists for me - great patient support.

I had a GP appointment this morning. On arrival I was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist. She was very helpful and listened to what I was saying. I returned in the afternoon for blood tests and was greeted again by the same receptionist and her colleague. They were so very helpful and eager to help. I also saw the HCA who took bloods. She was so very kind and helpful. She gave me some great advice on health care. Thanks to you all. A great experience.

My name is Simone and I live in Windlesham Grove, which is under the Tudor Lodge umbrella. At Tudor Lodge, I am treated with respect a the most important, I fell cared. From the receptionists to the doctors they all make you feel special. I also must to point out the comfort of having a place to come when you need to control your blood pressure, diabetes or having a wound that needs care after a surgery or an accident specially in winter. I am happy and feel fortunate to have a place like Tudor Lodge to look after us. Kind Regards,

Called today, as my prescription didn't include the pain relief I require for my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Receptionist answered call and confirmed the request would go over to doctors tomorrow and would be sent to my pharmacy. Really appreciate all that all staff and doctors do, and have done for me and my family over the years. I am truly blessed to have you as my surgery and to know that even though I know you are overwhelmed with patients, you always do your upmost to help everyone. A very big thankyou.

A truly wonderful nurse saw me today when I went for what can sometimes be a less than enjoyable experience- cervical cancer screening. What a lovely caring person she was- thank you so much for all that you do! I appreciate you and the NHS
